Anti War Protest in Los Angeles, October 6, 2012
Anti War protest on October 6 marked 11th year anniversary of war and occupation in Afganistan. It was a small group of activists, Iraq - Afganistan war veterans, students and military families who gathered together on the intersection of Highland and Hollywood Blvd. and then marched about 3 blocks down on Hollywood Blvd. They demanded to shut down a major Army Recruitmen center in Hollywood, immediately end a war in Afganistan and stop attack on civil rights and liberties. It was a small demonstration that lasted for two hours.
