13th Annual Dia De Los Muertos festival at Hollywood Forever Cemetery was held on October 27,
2012. It was a largest celebration of it's kind in California and "A Must See" event. This year's event
reached back to the pre Aztec roots of Dia De Los Muertos and explored the Mayan Gods, rituals and
calendar.
Dia De Los Muertos is one of Mexico's traditional holidays reuniting and honoring the
beloved ancestors, family and friends. It is an ancient and enduring ritual when the living
communicates with the dead. It is a mystical night when living and dead may share a time together.
